Yes, the water at Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort is safe to drink. At our resort, we create the highest quality water through desalination. Our water is safe for consumption, and its conservation is highly valued on the premises.

Do you have internet in the rooms?

Yes, there is internet access available in the rooms at Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort. Guests can stay connected during their stay with our complimentary Wi-Fi service.

Is the reception 24 hours?

The reception desk opens at 7am and closes 10-11pm depending on the number of guests in house.

What type of activities are available?

Choose from fishing, island tours, sailing, diving, eco-tour, snorkeling, paddleboards, kayaking, bicycles, TV room, gym, book exchange, car rentals, cave tours, and of course just relaxing on our beautiful beach. Plan your activities here.

What are the hours for the Beach House Restaurant & Bar?

The Beach House Restaurant & Bar is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The typical hours are:
Breakfast ~ 7:15 to 11:00 am (hot breakfast served from 7:30 am),
Lunch ~ 12 to 2:00 pm,
Dinner 6:00 to 8:30 pm (In order to provide the best service possible, dinner reservations are recommended)
Bar Menu available 11:00 am - 9:00 pm

Do you offer any wedding or event services?

Is airport transportation available?

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

No, pets are not allowed at Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort.

Is there a dress code for the restaurant?

Casual beachwear is acceptable for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, we recommend resort casual attire.

Do you have any packages or special offers?

Do you offer babysitting services?

Yes, babysitting services are available upon request. Please contact reception in advance to arrange.

Are there any shops or stores on-site?

Yes, we have a gift shop that offers a variety of souvenirs, clothing, and essentials.

Do you offer room service?

We do not offer room service.

What languages are spoken by the staff?

Our staff speaks English, and some members can assist in other languages as well.

Can we rent equipment for water activities?

Our kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles are complimentary for in house guests.

Snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, and fins) are available for half ($10.00), full day ($15.00) or weekly ($60.00) rental. Hobie Cat is $30.00 for the first hour and 15.00 each additional hour thereafter.

Is there a fitness center at the resort?

Yes, we have a fitness center equipped with various exercise machines and free weights.

Are there any medical facilities nearby?

Yes, there is a medical clinic nearby.

Is there a spa at the resort?

No.

Do you provide laundry services?

Guests staying in the bungalows can use the washer and dryer in the main clubhouse. No charge to use the facility; we sell the soap in the gift shop.
Each villa is equipped with a washer and dryer for villa guests.
